The Farm Monte Alvão has a head office with centennial installations and it is situated in Santa Terezinha de Minas, in Itatiaiuçu Municipal District/ MG. It stays next to the border of Fernão Dias highway (BR 381), that links Belo Horizonte to São Paulo.
It is approximately 60 Km (37,28 mi) far from the principal city of Minas Gerais State; state that is the biggest artisan cachaça producer of Brazil.
Our stable has capacity for 100 animals, with exploration of milk cattle (mechanics milking).
One dairy that produces cheese and sweet of milk, beyond one alembic, responsible for the production of three marks: Monte Alvão – the main one – and cachaças Sirigaita and Grand Timbó.
In the farm also we have the production of ‘rapadura’ (sugar rasps), unrefined sugar and sugar-cane syrup.
All the products from the farm are elaborated under a rigorous quality control, being detached in special the Cachaça Monte Alvão, famous for it excellent taste.
